I am new to Xcode and I am not sure where does one send this kind of bug reports. Is it something that would go to the gcc developers or to the Xcode developers? Could anyone help me with that?

All bug reports go to <email@hidden>. The devbugs people will route it to the right people.

What Laurence means is go to http://bugreporter.apple.com, fill in the form, provide the information requested, and the Apple Developer Relations team will route it to the correct people.

Sorry about that. Too early in the morning for me. ;-) I was mixing <email@hidden> with http://bugreport.apple.com, which is where you should report them. Once logged in you can file as many bug reports and enhancements as you like for any Apple software product. Which brings up something I've wondered a few times: Is there a place to file enhancement requests for hardware?
