Decoding weird key symbols in Key Bindings

In Xcode Preferences > Key Bindings, nonalphanumeric keys are identified by
symbols such as this:

|
|
V
which is my down-arrow key.
But then what is this one?...
|
|
--|--
|
--|--
|
V
Also, does anyone know if Apple has a comprehensive list of all the official
symbols for all the weird keys on the keyboard, or is this all just folk
legends?
