apple + i at least with my installation of Xcode 2.2 doesn't bring up the target settings instead it brings up the a window with general and comments. Part of the problem it seems that edit target is not an option under the context menu. Wasn't till i looked under Project and saw edit target that I found what every one was talking about. Also found double clicking the target opens up the settings.
