I've never seen this happen. I would suspect that either your help documents are corrupted (possibly the help index), or there's something wrong with your WebKit (unlikely). In order, I'd first try (a) reindexing your help files, (b) downloading and reinstalling the latest documentation package; if all else fails (c) run the script to completely remove Xcode and reinstall the whole thing again.

The is an old, and well known, bug. File an enhancement request. The more the merrier.
