Uninstalled everything, Docs, XCode, etc...

Downloaded the latest XCode (2.2.1) and Docs, installed reboot, same thing.

I also removed the XCode preferences, same thing.

Something occurred to me, this seems to be an html browser issue... does XCode use the system's default browser there? I use Firefox not Safari.
