A bug has been filed, including the log file (4397370). I noticed
that this bug happens only with the main project I'm working on right
now, not with other smaller ones, and only when I disable lazy symbol
loading. Is my project too large for gdb? Gcc produces 450MB (!)
worth of binaries in a debug build.

We need the xcode-gdb log file. Set the user default
'PBXGDBDebuggerLogToFile YES' to log Xcode <-> GDB communication
to /var/tmp/folders.<UID>/Temporary Items/XCGDB-<process>-<pid>
TerminalPrompt> defaults write com.apple.Xcode
PBXGDBDebuggerLogToFile YES
Then reproduce the problem, file a bug report and attach the log.
Thanks!

Hi,
Xcode's debugger is always showing me this message:
Debugger Error:
Failed to lad custom data formatter plugin at:
/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/CustomDataViews/
CarbonDataFormatters.bundle/Contents/MacOS/CarbonDataFormatters
1. Why does this happen? The file is in the right place, it
appears to be intact and is readable for everyone.
2. Does Xcode need to tell me about it in a modal sheet that it's
showing me at every single breakpoint? There are less intrusive
ways of telling me that a plugin couldn't be loaded, and telling
me once would be sufficient.
