Story is next:

* PROJECT settings show
        compatibility version   [ empty ]

* TARGET settings show
        compatibility version   [ 1 ]

And target settings are NOT bold, buttons "-" is disabled.

But I see that button "Edit" is enabled. So I click it and see in popup
window very good hidden thing :-)

                $(DYLIB_CURRENT_VERSION)

It present in both: PROJECT and TARGET settings.
I have delete it and now that link error have gone. Great.
Now I have another similar about
       /usr/bin/ld: -single_module or -multi_module flags can
                    only be used when -dylib is also specified
