I have a couple simple questions I couldn't get answered at MacWorld.

First, does XCode currently treat the Intel Duo Core as two

processors when it compiles as it does for a dual-G5?

Yes.

How is the compile speed on the new machines?

On an iMac Core Duo, a tick or two slower than a Quad G5.

Is it still true that distributed compiling does not work between

Intel and PPC Macs?  Is it supported with multiple Intel Macs?

Yes (it doesn't work cross-architectures) and yes (it is supported on multiple Intel Macs, given the normal restrictions of same-OS, same-tools-version).
