Hi people,

I'm trying to compile using Universal Binaries.

I have new intel iMac, and a g5 iMac. The intel has Xcode 2.2.1, and
the G5 has Xcode 2.0.

So, I want to target OS 10.4 for Intel, but target 10.3 for PPC.

How can I do this?

Read the Universal Binary Programming Guidelines. They direct you to the Cross-Development guide, which explains this in some detail.
