YES overall design is good.
We have in team pure Windows developers which NEVER have work on MAC.
They have use Visual, after join us start to have use CW WIN.
After few work with CW they hate visual. It is Ugly :-)
But CW also have lacks.
When they have try xcode a little, words was: IDEAL environment.
just require more polishing.
