Actually, that's exactly what I don't mean ;-)

The design is almost good enough if everything worked as it should. Usability could be a lot better but a complete redesign would again take the focus away from the small but very important things. Also, XCode just got a major redesign when it stopped being ProjectBuilder.

Not that I think there's any chance of a redesign, but a redesign would invariably bring even more bugs, and Xcode has enough of those as it is.
