No it's not. My God...

I don't know how difficult or easy it is to submit bugs via Radar. But remember, most users would rather work around the bug than report it, because reporting it is more work in the short run.

After all, that's the whole reason that when an Application crashes, often both the app and the OS give me the opportunity to report the bug.
