Need to find "April 2002 Mac OS X Developer Tools" but I don't see
that on ADC (Apple Developer Connection) any longer.

Mac OS X 10.1 is an out dated unsupported version of Mac OS X... I
would at least bump up to 10.2.8 if at all possible but better to get
on 10.3.9 or later.
