Then beg or borrow some $$$. You really don't want to use and develop
for 10.1. Really. Not only is 10.1 far slower (and I mean
significantly), so much has changed in three major iterations of the
OX and four years that you'd be spending a lot of time learning a
bunch of outdated technology and working around gobs of bugs that
have long since been fixed. Furthermore, getting help will be an
issue. Apple doesn't support 10.1 development anymore. Much of the
available documentation will assume you're using something newer and
people will not be as helpful with problems you encounter in 10.1
because they haven't used it for years.
You can pick up a copy of Tiger for $89 online, 10.3 for $48, and
10.2 for $18 here:

Even if you only get 10.2 it will be the best $18 you can spend. ;-)
Seriously, find some way to use and develop for a more recent version
of the OS than 10.1. I remember those days and they were painful.
And please start using proper capitalization. What you're doing now
is annoying, and you don't want to annoy people if you plan to ask
them for help. ;-)
