I believe this feature is an Apple extension to GCC, so I guess there

must be someone in charge of it, and I guess there must be some way to

report a bug and/or ask for help directly.. but I can't find who or

where to go.


Why don't you try the normal way to report a bug:  http://bugreporter.apple.com?

With the developer conference only 2 weeks away, almost all Apple engineers are somewhat busy right now, and the latency time on all lists will be high until mid-August.  If you're coming to the conference, we'll have a Dev Tools lab staffed with compiler and IDE engineers 2 hours a day all week, which is a great time to bring your code and let us work on it there.
