And similarly, Cmd-S vs. Cmd-Option-S. The former saves the current
file immediately without asking for confirmation, and I would expect the
latter to do the same but to all files, instead I get a dialog asking
for confirmation. It would be quite the incantation to press Cmd-Option-
S accidentally, no? :)
