It's actually still running. I have a little over 5GB of disk space
on the hard drive. That works out to about 10 percent of the disk
space being available. I could stop the install, move some data
around and try again. Any suggestions on how best to stop the
install? Would doing a force quit hurt anything?

Has anyone else seen a long run time like this for the Xcode 2.3
