I believe Chas is referring to a specific Jikes compiler warning.
We're aware of the problem, but have no solution currently (at least,
AFAIK).

I have never seen such a warning after deleting any build product
directory. Can you better explain when you are seeing this message,
who is displaying this message and exactly what the message says?
