We would be very interested in knowing about specific cases of this.
If you find yourself landing in the wrong location, using the
feedback link on that page would be very helpful to us.
With specific information we can quickly debug it, while it's hard to
debug the general case of "sometimes I land in the wrong location".

Sometimes it seems to go somewhere, then jumps back to the top. If
it's just me, I'd understand.
Happens all the time. I assume it happens to everyone. But I find
Xcode so troublesome that I tend to always make that assumption. :(
