Couldn't it be possible to break this document into one HTML document
per function?
It used to be divided into one document per conceptual group of
functions (one file for creating directories, one file for creating
FSRefs, and so on). About six months ago, it was changed to the
current monolithic system, and I've been cursing them ever since.
