I was using the pre-release 2.3 seeds, and when I installed the
public 2.3 last week, I saw the same bug. Unfortunately I had to
perform a complete uninstall/reinstall of XCode Tools, but that fixed
it. Yesterday, Xcode started rebuilding the precomp's on every
build. Deleting /Library/Caches/Xcode* fixed it.
