GDB no longer suppors "set unmangle"?

Dear Xcodewarriors,

I've updated to Xcode tools 2.3 and have found that GDB no longer accepts "set unmangle" command. Is there some replacement for "set unmangle" as I often debug C++ apps and it is very tiring to unmangle symbols with "maintenance demangle <SYMBOL>"?
