Well, there are still the preferences in Xcode which line endings to use for new and for existing files. IMHO, this should include pasted text, too.

If it doesn't, I'd condsider this a bug and posting to the list doesn't necessarily help. You should file a bug. <http:// bugreport.apple.com/>
