The best documentation I can find is at:

Which is the most comprehensive source I've found. But honestly, I'd
stick with the Eclipse program. You'd probably have better luck
re-writting everything XCode provides for Eclipse than getting XCode
to do what you want via undocumented an plugin interface... OK,
probably not, but that actually sounds like a fun project... :-P
