No, the worst case is that one spends valuable time writing up a bug, it
gets marked duplicate, then one's never told it's fixed because Apple
doesn't tell us when duplicates are fixed!
If one knows an Xcode bug has already been reported, I think it's a much
better use of one's time to report unknown bugs.
