XCode 2.1 vs. 2.2

Hi, I testing XCode 2.2 and when building a project with 2.2 i get a lot of warnings like "warning: no rule to process '$(PROJECT_DIR)/../src/ ptk/kcb.h'" for all my include files. Is this on purpose and why would XCode 2.2 now want to build those files? Thank you in advance, Dieter
