It's not just widget - it seems that the ADC search is currently broken.

You can always search all ADC documentation from the Xcode Help > Documentation menu. That gives a ranked response across all Apple documentation, most of which is on your HD so you can do it when your portable is not on the Net (which is increasingly rare, I know)
