XCode auto-creates Japanese.lproj?
XCode auto-creates Japanese.lproj?

Whenever I create a new XCode project, in addition to creating an
English.lproj subfolder, I get Japanese.lproj, complete with
Info.plist and nib file.
Any idea why it's doing this?
