Example:
o A toto.strings file exists in a French.lproj folder.
o This file is added to a XCode 2.2 project.
o If you select the toto.strings file in the Groups & File list, display the Inspector, click on Add Localization… and select English as the new localization, nothing is done.
Yes, you must first choose Make File Localizable... to create the base .lproj folder.
