We often, but not always, provide previews of upcoming Xcode versions
to ADC members. Sometimes it's only to Select and Premiere (paid)
members, sometimes it's to Online members as well; it depends on the
magnitude of the release.
If you're just learning, you probably don't want pre-release
development tools.
