Source Trees?

Aloha:

I have been trying to use the source tree feature in Xcode 2.2.1 but there seems to be a problem when deleting a source tree.

I can create a source tree and set it up and it works correctly, but then if I decide I don't want to use it any longer and I delete it Xcode seems to still remember it, how do I get Xcode to REALLY delete the source tree I created?

Is there something I have to throw away in order to really get rid of it?
