No, but if you set for the project, the target will override (if
it also has settings). And it's hard to find, because you KNOW
you've set it.
That could very well be the problem... what you are saying is that
I should set it in the Target
then, right?
No, all he said was that the per-target settings override the project
settings -- if you modify them.
Since I want the same general settings for all my targets, I set them
at the project level, then modify only those settings that are
different (or unspecified) at the target level. That way there are
few, if any, per-target settings.
You can find which settings you've set in the target by opening the
target's settings window, going to the Build tab, then choosing the
Customized Settings collection.
