Dashcode

Apparently, at least one person got a MacBook Pro with a pre- installed version of Dashcode v1.0 (41). It's now floating around the internet for download. It wasn't this person's fault that they got this program, and presumably it exists on hundreds, if not thousands, of other installation DVD's that are floating around. Granted, most people aren't devs and wouldn't even notice something called "Dashcode" if it did install on their system, but at least this one person did notice.

Can someone from Apple please comment on it now that the cat is out of the bag? I mean, it's obvious that the product does exist. It's a real, installable program that you can run, not just some faked pictures or secret screenshots. So why not give us some official details?

In this particular case, it seems silly for Apple to sit there saying nothing until, what, August?

Rob
