I don't have a fix. But I can confirm this. I just installed XCode
2.3 and the May RefLib update and I see the same results. Only the
2.2. Release Notes are available.

locally are for Xcode 2.2. The Xcode 2.3 Release Notes are nowhere
to be seen on my HD. Anyone?
