Looks like we had a build error that resulted in this. We're looking
into updating the doc package for anyone who downloads it after this
(though we probably won't put up a package with a new version ID,
since we don't want to cause everyone to download the whole thing
again).
For anyone in this situation, you can view the Xcode 2.3 release notes
here:

open while proceeding to download and install the May 2006 ADC
Reference Library Update. After installing the "update", Xcode said
it had to "reconfigure" something related to the documetation. Fine,
did it. Now, the only Release Notes I seem to be able to read
locally are for Xcode 2.2. The Xcode 2.3 Release Notes are nowhere
to be seen on my HD. Anyone?
