Looks like we had a build error that resulted in this. We're looking into updating the doc package for anyone who downloads it after this (though we probably won't put up a package with a new version ID, since we don't want to cause everyone to download the whole thing again).

For anyone in this situation, you can view the Xcode 2.3 release notes here:

After installing the "update", Xcode said it had to "reconfigure" something related to the documetation. Fine, did it. Now, the only Release Notes I seem to be able to read locally are for Xcode 2.2.
