There are Bookmarks (see the Xcode docs to read about them), but I find that
setting them is a big pain in the butt, plus they are a pain to use. (Who's
idea was it that the Bookmarks popup menu at the top of each window should
only show bookmarks in that very file??) So I'm afraid that my solution to
this problem is to misuse Breakpoints! If I think I'm leaving somewhere I
might want to return to, I click in the margin. Boom, there's a breakpoint.
(Click again to disable so we don't actually stop there next time we debug.)
Since I always have the Breakpoints window open, there's my way back again
later. m.
