Since I always have the Breakpoints window open, there's my way back again

In the View menu, Show Favorites Bar.
Drag the Bookmarks group (bottom of the Groups & Files list) into the Favorites bar.
You now have a project-wide popup of your bookmarks, anchored near the top of the window..
