It's just a difference in how they set up the project templates vs.
how they insert new targets.
In the case where you don't have any "Other linker flags", your
target instead has an additional "Link Binary With Libraries" build
phase, that accomplish the same thing.

builds a lot faster but that could just be my imagination. m.
In both cases I would expect that you have to link with the same
frameworks, so it *shouldn't* matter.
