I have experienced this as well. Are you using Custom Data Formatters? I seem to recall someone mentioning that they'd experienced problems with them. If so, you could try disabling them temporarily.

Currently, the custom data formatters are very poor -- we have one to display the data from our string class, but they only display useful strings about 20% of the time. The rest of the time we have an 'out of scope' warning.
