Are you sure you're looking in the right place? When I log in to the
developer member site and go to downloads, the October Reference
Library update (and I'm pretty sure that's the complete library, not
just the difference with the September one) is second in the list.

ADC reference library was accidentally deleted.
I couldn't find an ADC reference library download in ADC, so I
hoped it would come in when I ugraded Xcode to 2.4.1.
That didn't restore the whole ADC reference library. It just added
two gcc folders within a couple of folders.
I didn't find help in the Xcode archives.
This should be fairly simple, but I'm stalled.
Also, is it necessary to do the Java indexing in order to use
library, or does it simply add the Java look-up files? I don't
program in Java.
