I found this idea intriguing enough that I wrote an AppleScript to do
the "undo/redo" dance:

It's not quite as instantaneous as I had hoped, but some might find
it more convenient attached to a keystroked (e.g. with my free
FastScripts Lite), than having to type Cmd-Z Cmd-Shift-Z.

There isn't one. You're thinking of CW maybe?
Anyway my workaround is to command-z (Undo), which jumps to where I
last edited, then command-shift-z to undo the undo.
