I'm pretty sure an NDA is involved in the event.
Frankly, I think it would be just great if Apple would give it's
beta-testers/developers a pre-release copy of Leopard for free.
Then to prevent theft, it could expire whenever the OS was released
to the public. Charging developers to beta-test an OS is just crazy.
Can't you get it with a free ADC account?
