These tech-talks just show how ridiculous Apple is being. We can't

I'm pretty sure an NDA is involved in the event.
I don't know if it is or not, and since I don't live in the a major
city (much less any city at all), I don't think I'll be attending one
to find out. :)
Frankly, I think it would be just great if Apple would give it's
beta-testers/developers a pre-release copy of Leopard for free.
Then to prevent theft, it could expire whenever the OS was
released to the public. Charging developers to beta-test an OS is
just crazy.
Can't you get it with a free ADC account?
Most definitely. This page, <http://developer.apple.com/events/
techtalks/> says:
"Free for ADC Members
Take advantage of this ADC member benefit and register for a Leopard
Tech Talk. If you are not currently an ADC member, sign up for a free
ADC Online membership now, and register for a Tech Talk today."
Wouldn't you say that means it's free, even for with only a free ADC
account?
