To me it looks like ATS is suddenly scaling the font when it
shouldn't be, The jaggy and antialiased actually have different
letterforms. If ATS is using the antialiased form when the font isn't
antialiased, it'll produce exactly what everyone here is seeing. It
also explains why messing with the font size slider in fontbook might
address it, by forcing ATS to spank its cache.
