error after code warrior import

I get this error when trying to build a project in xcode 2.4 which was created by importing a code warrior project.

Checking DependenciesInternal error occurred while creating dependency graph: ASSERTION FAILURE in /SourceCache/DevToolsBase/DevToolsBase-757/pbxcore/Target.subproj/PBXTargetBuildContext.m:491 (object=<PBXTargetBuildContext:0x15bab040>, selector=naturalPathForPath:): path should be a non-empty string, but it's an empty string

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I get past this?
