If you log back into http://connect.apple.com when you want to resume the download, you can then just press the little "resume" button in the Safari download window to resume it.

You can also order it on DVD to be shipped to you. Err, I take that back. You can no longer order it it seems. But you can resume the download, as long as you log into ADC first from that above page.

Ack, at 10/8/06, Carl Anderson said:

I have been to http://developer.apple.com/tools/xcode/ to find XCode v. 2.4 and discovered that ot is in a 915 MB file. I use a dial-up modem and at it's very best would need 2745 minutes or 47.75 hours, just under 2 days, to download this file. That is one problem, however a greater problem is that the Internet Connect application on my Mac disconnects after 12 hours, no exception allowed and any download that is in progress is lost.
Could this, please, be made available in smaller pieces?
Thanks.
