Can not save .cp file in Xcode

Yesterday I met a strange problem: If the project is opened, then the .cp file can not be saved. Xcode always popup a warning dialog:"The document "aa.cp" could not be saved.". But if I open the cp file without project file, the file can be saved.
 
I just update system to OSX 10.4.8, have those any relation?
Xcode is 2.4.
SCM system is selected None.
The ownership & permissioins is read & write in file info.
 
Who can help me about it?
