The constant battle against copying header files is frustrating.

Apple really needs to add an option to stop adding header files to
targets automatically. I'm not sure what the reason behind it is, but
it seems counter to what most developers really want.

The folks that need to have headers included in their projects are
going to make sure they verify that the headers are in their projects.
