debugger question related to CodeWarrior/DevStudio

Comrades,

In both CW and DevStudio hovering the cursor over a variable name in the source window while stepping through code allows me to see the value of the variable in a little tooltip like box. I have not found this to work in Xcode. Is this feature available and I just can't find it? (And, what would we call that feature?)

Also, how do I go about submitting a request for an improvement like this? I have been hearing about "Radar", but I don't know what is. Is it a new name for the bug reporter, or a new system entirely?
