Class diagram not working

Hi Folks,
I created a diagram for my "main.cp" carbon file and when I click on any function on the diagram, I get: "Could not find file <Pathtofile/main.cp>. Perhaps it was moved or deleted?". Actually, it has been moved. I am using Subversion for my version control, but outside of Xcode. When I moved my project file to a new location, I got this message. How do I correct this issue? Thanks in advance!
